LondonMetric completes £62m of asset sales

LondonMetric has completed £61.8m of non-core and mature asset sales, generating a blended NIY at 6.1%.

The sales completed, all industrial and logistical assets, were all achieved in line with prevailing book values and 10% above their original purchase prices.

Sales were made throughout the UK.

These included a multi-storey car park and four pubs in Yorkshire sold for £21.7m, and a multi-let industrial estate in Crawley for £21.4m.

LondonMetric has now sold 54 former LXi assets for £202m.

“We continue to execute on our strategy of selling down non core and mature assets with a further series of excellent disposals,” said Andrew Jones, CEO at LondonMetric.

“The proceeds from the sales will be re-invested into sectors and assets that offer better income reliability and growth.”
